Introduction
Welcome to the My Resistance Digital Toolkit!
While there are many different forms of resistance, this toolkit focuses on political youth resistance throughout history with an emphasis on youth resistance against fascism in Europe. The My Resistance Digital Toolkit aims to provide the necessary theoretical and methodical background for educators, hoping to ultimately help inspire and empower the youth of today.
In this section you will find a conceptual and historical introduction to the vast field of Resistance.
Resistance by Young People Throughout History
In this section you will find a range of examples of youth resistance in different countries across Europe, resisting authoritarianism and oppression and fighting for higher values such as freedom, truth, justice and solidarity.
Ideas for Youth Work
When working with youth on the topic of resistance, it’s helpful to have interactive tools, methods and pedagogical impulses at hand to keep the group process flowing and integrate participants into the discussion. In this section, we have collected some shorter and more extensive methods that you can use when working with young people.

Workshops
In the period from March to June, workshops on the project took place in Slovenia, Poland, Italy and Austria. These gave a first insight into the further activities and encouraged the young people to develop their first demands. In each of the partner countries, the workshops looked a little different - some already had a strong focus on creative methods, some took place with school groups, some in youth centres.
